You can lodge a complaint at any time with the supervisory authority responsible for you. Which authority that is depends on the federal state of your residence, your place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. Purposes of processing by the controller and third parties

We process your personal data only for the purposes stated in this privacy policy. Your personal data is not passed on to third parties for purposes other than those stated. We only share your personal data with third parties if:

• you have given your express consent,
• the processing is necessary to perform a contract with you,
• the processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation,
• the processing is necessary to safeguard legitimate interests and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding legitimate interest in your data not being disclosed.

Registration on our website

When you register to use our personalised services, some personal data is collected, such as name, address, and contact and communication details such as telephone number and e-mail address. Once registered, you can access content and services that we offer only to registered users. Registered users can also change or delete the data provided at registration at any time. We will of course also tell you at any time which personal data we hold about you. We will gladly rectify or erase it at your request, provided no statutory retention obligations stand in the way. SSL encryption

To protect your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.

Embedded YouTube videos

On some of our pages we embed YouTube videos. The plugins are operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. When you visit a page with the YouTube plugin, a connection to YouTube servers is established and YouTube is told which pages you visit. If you are logged in to your YouTube account, YouTube can assign your browsing behaviour to you personally. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.

When a YouTube video is started, the provider uses cookies that collect information about user behaviour.

Anyone who has deactivated the storage of cookies for the Google ad programme will not have to expect such cookies when watching YouTube videos either. However, YouTube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you want to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in your browser.

Changes to our privacy policy
