Local AI for data sovereignty · built in Europe

Call it German Angst. We call it privacy by architecture.

Germans are famously anxious about their data. We turned that anxiety into software. Fleet Navigator is an AI system that runs on your own hardware. No cloud, no foreign servers, no data leaving the building. Your files stay with you.

German Angst, put to work

We worry, so you do not have to

The rest of the world smiles at how seriously Germans take privacy. Lawyers, doctors and tax advisers do not smile. They are personally liable for every file. For them, a healthy dose of Angst is simply due diligence.

“What if the server gets subpoenaed?”

So there is no server. The AI computes on your own machine. What never leaves the office cannot be handed over by anyone else.

“What if the provider changes its terms?”

So the protection is not a promise. It is the architecture: no API keys that open your data, no foreign servers that log your requests.

“What if the regulator asks questions?”

So the answers are on paper. Where our inference steps in, a GDPR processing agreement and a professional secrecy undertaking are signed before the first minute.

Why local AI is structurally different

Data sovereignty is an architectural decision

Cloud AI promises privacy through contracts. But contracts do not change the architecture.

The cloud problem

With cloud AI your data flows through other people’s servers, is processed in other people’s data centres and falls under other people’s legal systems. The CLOUD Act and FISA 702 are not exceptions. They are structural properties of the cloud.

What local inference changes

Fleet Navigator runs the AI inference on your own hardware. Your data does not leave your device. No hardware of your own? Then only the single task goes to our inference in Germany, by the minute, and nothing is stored or logged. The architecture itself rules out data leaks.

Who this matters to

For professionals bound by secrecy, local AI is not a question of comfort but a legal necessity. For IT leaders it is a question of sovereignty. For the self-employed it is the pragmatic way to save on legal fees and cloud subscriptions without giving away business secrets.

Professions bound by secrecy

You are legally bound to confidentiality: Section 203 in Germany, Section 121 in Austria, Art. 321 in Switzerland, and an equivalent everywhere in Europe. Cloud AI is structurally at odds with that duty. Fleet Navigator runs locally, and no client or patient data reaches a foreign server.

SMEs and corporates

IT leaders

You know cloud lock-in, compliance pressure and migration costs. Fleet Navigator is built for your infrastructure: multi-GPU distribution, local networking, no dependence on third-party APIs.

Freelancers and small businesses

Sovereignty without a cloud subscription

You need help with contracts, terms and conditions, payment reminders. Cloud AI costs money every month and sends your data through foreign servers. Fleet Navigator works locally, and your business secrets stay where they belong.

Who builds this

40 years in IT. Not an experiment.

Thinking in structures, not in code

Whoever understands mathematics understands systems. Abstraction is the language that turns ideas into architecture.

Precision that leaves no gaps

Clear thinking and consistent planning: that is how software is built that does not collapse at the first edge case.

From assembler to AI

From the first lines of assembler to AI-assisted application development: knowledge that has grown over decades, and carries.

Current status

Fleet Navigator is in beta. The Light edition is available as a free download right now. In preparation: the full version with extended RAG features, multi-GPU support for Linux and hardware recommendations for different scenarios.

We sell privacy with AI, not your data.

A German company, servers in Germany, no US provider in the chain. Yes, that is German Angst. You are welcome.
